Working in a team is always challenging, and many of my clients continued to face challenges even after they had achieved huge advances in their personal development, since relationships are always up to two (or more) people and their dynamics. I expanded my work into team coaching when I realized that real change can only be achieved when a person’s development is also supported by his or her surroundings, whether it be a family, a professional team, or several teams within an organization. Every story can be viewed from several perspectives, and real change comes about when all parties come to stand under the same reality through communication. I have been lucky to find Conversational Intelligence, which is based on 30 years’ study of neuroscience to understand how conversations influence the brain and therefore our ability to think creatively, show compassion, or shut down. With the help of C-IQ, I am now able to help team dynamics in organizations as well as individual relationships which stand behind every success and failure.
