Living in several states and countries in the last 16 years has given me an appreciation for setting goals and overcoming challenges. It taught me the importance of making powerful choices that are grounded in well considered decisions and the advantage that working from different perspectives can provide when making those decisions.
I had been an attorney for several years when I had the revelation that there must be a way to use my analytical skills, insight and personal experiences to help people in a direct way on a very personal level. I studied at the Coaches Training Institute in California (accredited by the International Coach Federation) and after 18 months I became a Certified Professional Co-active Coach. I have had the privilege to work with people as an executive coach and as a personal life coach and help them achieve incredible results on every level in their lives.
I moved to Budapest, Hungary from San Francisco in 2004 with my husband and son. I take tremendous pleasure and personal satisfaction out of helping people discover their inner strength, drive and ability to identify and overcome obstacles.
